Welcome to Skellin International (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (skellin.com) and the app development services we provide, specifically our “15-Day Rapid Launch” service (the “Service”). By accessing our website, engaging our services, or making any payment to us, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. The “15-Day Rapid Launch” Service & Scope of Work
Our Service is a high-intensity, fixed-timeline engagement designed to develop and launch an MVP version of your mobile application. Scope details, timeline, and changes: The Service, its deliverables, and all features are defined in the Scope of Work (SOW) or Quotation following the Project Blueprint call. The 15-day development period starts after advance payment and kickoff. Out-of-scope work and delays may impact schedule or cost and require new quotes or project slots.

3. Client Responsibilities, Payments, & Ownership Clients must provide timely feedback and all required materials. Missing deadlines will pause the 15-day period and may require rescheduling. Standard payments: 40% in advance, 40% at test build, 20% on completion. On final payment, all rights to the custom-written code and designs transfer to you, but Skellin retains IP in pre-existing code/tools (licensed for your app). Our service includes 3 months’ bug-fix support post-launch. By using the Service, you agree to maintain confidentiality where specified, accept the limitations of liability, and acknowledge all governance is under Madhya Pradesh, India.
